Position Recruitment Executive Hours Monday to Friday, weekends off Responsibilities Source, identify, and attract top talent. Evaluate candidates and conduct initial screening interviews. Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain talent pipelines. Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding. Requirements 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency environment. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
