Overview At Veryfi, we specialize in providing cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for expense and document management. Our technology empowers businesses across various industries to streamline their processes, achieve greater efficiency, and gain valuable insights from their data. Role Overview We build AI that reads documents. Receipts, invoices, IDs, anything with data on it. We power Fortune 500 customers that use us to automate what used to be manual data entry. We're small, we're fast, and our API does things competitors can't. We need a TAM who has actually done this before. Not someone learning on the job. Someone who can pick up a portfolio of accounts, read code when something breaks, run a QBR without hand-holding, and tell Engineering what's wrong in a language they respect. You'll own your accounts end-to-end. Onboarding, integration, health, and expansion. You're probably a fit if you have 3 to 5 years in technical account management or solutions engineering, you're comfortable in Python and know your way around a REST API, Data Science, and you actually like talking to customers. Currently, we are looking for someone to serve the LATAM region who speaks both English and Portuguese. Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their document processing automation needs and ensuring successful implementation of Veryfi's data extraction solutions Guide clients through API implementation, providing code samples, documentation, and best practices to ensure successful integration with their systems Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs, address technical challenges, and identify opportunities for expanded use of Veryfi's platform Collaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot client issues, prioritize bug fixes, and communicate timelines for resolution Gather client feedback on product features and communicate requirements to the Product team Develop deep expertise in document processing workflows and Veryfi's AI/ML capabilities to advise clients on optimization Monitor client API usage patterns to identify potential performance issues or opportunities for improvement Be the Industry Expert for our clients educating them on new releases and how they apply to them and new services & features that they can use. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Account Management role in a simialr industry Technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving client needs. Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal experience with tools like Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, ETL Operations savvy mindset, with an ability to identify and eliminate process friction while continuing to build scalable processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively Strong organizational skills and self-starting mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
