This role requires strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that support performance and brand growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others. Lead the end-to-end planning of paid social campaigns, including audience definition, creative guidance, budget allocation, and optimization. Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Collaborate closely with creative, media, and client teams to ensure alignment and impactful execution. Stay up-to-date on platform updates, trends, best practices, and new opportunities for innovation. Present strategies, results, and optimizations to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements 2+ years of experience in paid social strategy or digital media planning. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and at least 2 additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.). Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and turn them into actionable optimizations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. English professional level (nice to have, can be required if needed).
