About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Analyst to join our client’s team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple processes, and excellent communication in English and Portuguese. Key Responsibilities Manage and validate customer master data and ensure accuracy in systems (SAP). Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and inventory management. Monitor and support order-to-delivery operations, including invoicing and logistics follow-up. Handle customer requests, issues, and returns, ensuring timely resolution. Support sales teams with documentation, reporting, and process follow-up. Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems and reports. Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in customer service or similar roles. Advanced Excel skills (data analysis and reporting). Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2–C1). Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
