What You’ll Do Own key portions of the monthly and annual close without follow-up Perform deep reconciliations and resolve discrepancies independently Work across systems (QuickBooks, ERPs, payroll & expense tools) Identify inefficiencies and implement automation Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities Requirements (non-negotiable) 4–6 years of hands‑on accounting experience Proven ownership of close processes (not just support) Strong QuickBooks or ERP experience Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations Advanced English (daily communication with U.S. team) High attention to detail and low tolerance for errors Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Nice to Have US GAAP experience Startup or high‑growth company background CPA or equivalent Logistics Remote (Latin America) Must overlap with U.S. Central Time USD-based compensation Apply If you’re used to being the person who catches mistakes, improves systems, and delivers without being chased — apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
