We’re looking for a hands on Reporting & Operational Analyst to join our data product team. This role combines operational support and reporting development (50/50), helping ensure accurate data processes while building high quality reports that drive business decision making. Responsibilities Operational (50%) Maintain and execute daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting processes Monitor batch processes and ensure data accuracy and SLA compliance Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues Support business users with day to day requests Reporting (50%) Design, build, and maintain reports using best practices and testing standards Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements Analyze system or business changes impacting reportsSupport testing, deployment, and post release validation Document processes and ensure data/reporting governance standards Requirements Experience delivering reporting solutions (preferably in wealth or investment management) StrongSQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources Hands on experience withTableau, Python, or SSRS SolidExcel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Knowledge ofData Warehousing, Data Marts, and Data Governance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills We offer 10 working days of Paid Day Off within an individual year.
