Your Mission Ensure the stability, availability, integrity, and security of our IT infrastructure and network services by managing Help Desk operations and supporting the continuous improvement of our technology environment while meeting established service levels. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing corporate IT infrastructure, network administration, IT support, and technology services. Intermediate to Advanced English (B2 or above) – Mandatory.
