Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Manage complex projects independently with limited supervision Proofread agreements for content,accuracyand formatting Assistin preparation of agreements, documentation Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission forappropriate signatures Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence. Conduct legal research as needed Drafting corporate minutes,resolutionsand consents Assist with PPMs, signature packs Organize andmaintainlegalfilesand documents,ensuringall documentation isaccurateand up to date. Provide administrative support tothe General Counsel, including calendar management and scheduling meetings. About You: We are looking for an individual withParalegal or Legal Assistantexperience in a technology operating companyor law firmwho has experience dealing with venture capital and/or private equity and their expectations.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with some of theindustriespioneers and being a part offast-growingportfolio companies. Experience drafting and filing incorporation documentation Prior experience working with SEC filings and registrations Address KYC requirements across funds and entities Maintain and update global documentation Manage and track corporate files for organization and portfolio companies Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a law firmor a corporate environmentis preferred Strong skills in legal drafting and document management systems.
