Job Summary Gerente General La Tiquetera – Medellín, Colombia. Lead the La Tiquetera unit at Ticketmaster, ensuring business continuity, integration with Ticketmaster Colombia and effective governance, aligning strategy with Ticketmaster LATAM. Responsibilities Define and execute business strategy in Medellín, aligning commercial, financial, and operational objectives. Lead functional workstreams—Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and HR—for integration with Ticketmaster Colombia. Direct daily operations of La Tiquetera, guaranteeing quality service and platform continuity (technology, customer support, event execution, financial controls). Develop, retain, and mentor a team of ~35 employees, embodying Ticketmaster values. Manage P&L, annual budget, revenue and cost controls, and report financial KPIs to Ticketmaster Colombia GM. Represent Ticketmaster to strategic clients, promoters, and venues; negotiate commercial deals and stakeholder meetings. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high‑level relationships with Board, shareholders, and government entities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master’s in Executive Management or Strategic Leadership – desirable. English B2+ / C1 – essential. 5+ years in senior leadership (General Manager, Country Manager, Unit Director) with P&L ownership. 4+ years in financial management: P&L control, budgeting, KPI reporting. 3+ years in post‑fusion integration or large‑scale organizational change. 5+ years leading operations in Colombia in a global corporate context. 4+ years in B2B commercial account management (promoters, venues, producers) – desirable. 3+ years in ticketing, live entertainment, mass events, or B2B2C digital platforms – desirable. Technical Skills Strategic business management: live event market, digital ticketing, global entertainment trends. Corporate finance: P&L, financial analysis, projections, budgeting, KPIs. B2B2C commercial development: promoter negotiation, pricing, fan experience. Digital marketing: branding, CRM, multichannel campaigns, brand positioning. Operations and customer service: quality standards, event logistics. Legal compliance: Colombian commercial, labor, tax legislation. Technology: ticketing platforms, e‑commerce, digital payments, data analytics. Software & Tools Google Workspace / Office 365 with advanced Excel – essential. Ticketing & CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) – desirable. Financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) – desirable. BI dashboards (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) – desirable.
