At Nuaav , we’re hiring a Lead Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and evolution of large-scale Azure-based platforms supporting global retail operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own architecture decisions, guide engineering standards, and help scale high-impact systems used in real production environments. What you'll work on: Lead full stack development across backend (ASP.NET C# ) and frontend (React ) Define architecture for scalable, high-performance applications Build and optimize APIs, integrations, and data flows Ensure clean code, maintainability, and system reliability Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering practices Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams Deploy and operate applications in Azure environments with CI/CD pipelines What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in full stack development Strong expertise in .NET (C#), React, and SQL Server Experience building and scaling enterprise applications Solid understanding of software architecture and system design Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Proven ability to lead technical initiatives or teams Advanced English (client-facing environment) Why to join Nuaav?
