This role Will be responsible for designing and monitoring performance indicators, analyzing employee and organizational data, creating dashboards and executive reports, supporting performance evaluation processes, and providing actionable recommendations to leaders to improve team engagement, productivity, and decision‑making. Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies, multicultural environments, and continuous improvement practices is highly valued. English proficiency at a B2 level is required.
