We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist Mid to join SharkNinja at OMD. In this role, you will support the execution, optimization, and performance tracking of programmatic campaigns across key platforms such as DV360, ensuring accurate implementation, budget pacing, and data-driven insights. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality reporting, campaign efficiency, and best-in-class programmatic practices. Responsibilities Support the implementation and management of programmatic campaigns (especially in DV360), assisting with client and agency requests, reporting, and financial processes. Responsible for the timely and accurate activation of campaigns, including setup, implementation, optimization, continuous budget pacing, bidding, and creative testing across the account portfolio. Daily pacing adjustments to ensure delivery of assigned budgets and KPIs. Daily campaign optimization using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and Excel-based data analysis. Weekly analysis of top-performing domains. Weekly updates of exclusion lists based on brand safety tools. Implementation of programmatic best practices and strategies. Develop a strong understanding of the programmatic media landscape while maintaining a point of view on the best platforms to use based on client objectives. Maintain a campaign tracker for all active campaigns, ensuring up-to-date monitoring of planned vs. delivered metrics. Support ad hoc client and agency requests, as well as data collection, analysis, and reporting. What we are looking for Experience working with DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
