Job Position 1 Description We are looking for a bilingual (English–Spanish) Lead IT Engineer to own and lead the management and configuration of our cloud applications (including Microsoft365), our laptops (a mix of Windows and Macs), and our office network (including firewalls and local storage). This hands‑on leadership position is responsible for maintaining high availability, security, and performance across our entire IT stack, with special focus on vulnerability management, patching, backup & recovery, wireless networks, and Microsoft365. Responsibilities Manage vulnerability assessment and patching cycles across the infrastructure to ensure systems remain secure and up to date. Administer and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for corporate device lifecycle management. Oversee enterprise backup and disaster recovery operations, ensuring data integrity, retention compliance, and RTO/RPO objectives are met. Manage and maintain virtualization platforms, including resource allocation, performance tuning, and high availability configurations. Administer enterprise wireless networking infrastructure, ensuring coverage, performance, and security standards are upheld. Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise‑grade network switching and firewall policies. Manage and support the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft365, EntraID (AzureAD), Intune, WindowsServer, and ActiveDirectory. Operate and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to support ticketing, change management, and SLA compliance. Document processes, create and maintain runbooks, and ensure alignment with internal policies and industry best practices. Participate in on‑call rotation and lead incident response for network and infrastructure issues. Must be available for extended hours on weekends and holidays during planned maintenance or operational incidents. Required Skills Proven experience with: Vulnerability management & patching (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, ManageEngine PatchManager, or similar) Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf, Kandji, WorkspaceONE, or similar) Enterprise backup & recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, Veritas, or similar)— preferably Veeam Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V, Nutanix, Proxmox, or similar)— preferably VMware Enterprise wireless networking (e.g.,Meraki, Aruba, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, or similar)— preferably CiscoMeraki Enterprise‑grade network switching and firewalls Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft365, AzureAD/EntraID, Intune, WindowsServer, and ActiveDirectory IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar) Desired Skills VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP) or Microsoft certifications (AZ‑104, MS‑102).
