Serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, effective technology solutions. Provide direct, end‐to‐end support to assigned business areas by leveraging deep IT and business expertise to analyze processes, define requirements, and develop business cases that drive operational efficiency and business value. Lead department‐level initiatives and play a key role in larger, complex programs by supporting program and project managers across multiple phases, from discovery through implementation.
