Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Informatics Support Specialist to support Clinical Informatics teams within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on operational support, reporting, documentation management, and workflow optimization initiatives related to healthcare IT systems and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare IT support, reporting/analytics, ServiceNow ticket management, and healthcare workflows. Exposure to Epic, EMR/EHR systems, and clinical documentation improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
