Overview Associate Global Forwarding Agent – Bogotá. This role is responsible for overseeing international shipment coordination, documentation, compliance, and customer service, ensuring efficient global supply chain operations. Responsibilities Maintain Operational Excellence Understand processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from purchase order issuance through delivery of cargo Apply basic industry knowledge to respond to customer requests Learn and execute or coordinate tasks on shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements Ensure a high level of data integrity within shipments: acknowledgement of shipment details, INCOterms, routing, dates, documents, etc. Learn and understand pricing; complete low to medium complexity customer quotes Facilitate Relationships Communicate clearly, timely, and effectively with customers, C.H. Robinson offices, agents, and outside vendors Promote a positive working relationship for all team members Understand and leverage C.H.
