We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to become part of our team. This position supports a large-scale Salesforce transformation and enablement program within a client-facing delivery model, focusing primarily on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and related business capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem. The engineer is expected to act as a senior hands‑on contributor capable of taking full ownership of features and problem areas end-to-end, rather than simply executing pre-decomposed user stories. The role calls for strong independence, proactive discovery, and willingness to work within a more flexible team structure where duties may extend across Salesforce platform development, configuration, administrative functions, integrations, and adjacent Java-based services when needed. This is not a narrowly defined Salesforce-only role. The client is deliberately moving toward a more cross‑functional engineering approach, so adaptability, technical curiosity, and comfort operating beyond a single platform boundary are essential.
