Job Description The Analyst Investment Management will support the origination, analysis, execution, and monitoring of structured debt and hybrid finance transactions across Latin America. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with a strong emphasis on financial modelling, debt structuring, and credit analysis for corporate clients, particularly in the agribusiness and manufacturing value chains. The position is well suited for a high‑performing analyst with 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or investment management, who is comfortable building financial models, supporting transaction execution, and coordinating multi‑party due‑diligence processes in a fast‑paced, international environment. English is the company’s working language. Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus, given the team’s exposure to Brazil. Key Responsibilities Transaction Structuring, Execution & Monitoring Support debt capacity analysis and financial modelling for senior, subordinated, and hybrid debt instruments tailored to corporate clients’ needs. Build and maintain robust financial models (cash flow, debt service, sensitivities, scenarios). Prepare investment proposals, credit notes, and term sheets for internal approval processes. Coordinate internal and external due diligence streams (legal, technical, ESG/I&S, AML, financial). Support transaction closing processes in coordination with legal counsel and counterparties. Market & Sector Analysis Conduct sector and company analysis across Latin America, with focus on corporate, manufacturing, and agribusiness sectors. Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and market developments relevant to portfolio construction and risk assessment. Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Coordination Liaise with internal teams (structuring, legal, I&S/ESG, risk, AML) and external advisers. Support negotiations with clients, co‑investors, and financial institutions. Actively contribute to the presentation of transactions to Investment Committees, portfolio management, auditors, and internal governance forums. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting Support post‑investment monitoring, including financial performance analysis and covenant tracking. Contribute to periodic portfolio and transaction reporting to internal committees and external investors. What we expect: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline. Master’s degree in finance or professional qualifications (e.g. CFA) are a plus. 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, investment management, or similar roles. Strong financial modelling skills, with hands‑on experience building debt and cash‑flow models. Demonstrated exposure to debt structuring and credit analysis for corporate clients. Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high‑quality outputs under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (all work is conducted in English). Proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly motivated team player with strong work ethic.
