Engagement Type: Short-term consulting (project-based / hourly) Languages: Spanish fluency required + Advanced English (must-have) Rate: $30 – $40 USD per hour Start Date: Immediate What you'll do Gather and validate requirements for new branches, Business Units (BUs), and Inventory Organizations (IOs). Configure (or guide the configuration of) new BUs and IOs in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Assess setup dependencies across legal entities, ledgers, cost organizations, locations, warehouses, procurement, inventory, order management, intercompany, and reporting. Identify security, role, and data access impacts related to the new BU/IO structure. Support end-to-end testing: procurement, receiving, inventory movement, sales/order processing, and reporting. Document configuration decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and open issues. Lead Spanish-language knowledge transfer to the Oracle support team. What you need to succeed Hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience creating and configuring Business Units and Inventory Organizations (not just functional support). Strong understanding of how BU/IO configuration impacts Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, and Reporting. Experience with role‑based security, data access at the BU level, and approval/security implications. Ability to lead working sessions in Spanish with both technical and business stakeholders. Advanced English (written and conversational) — required to coordinate with global stakeholders and deliver bilingual documentation. Nice to have (not required) Prior experience in multi‑branch industries: manufacturing, distribution, construction materials, retail, or plant‑based operations. Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications. Experience working with Latin American clients.
