Location: Cali | Type: Hybrid What will you do: Actively work on actuals financial routine ensuring correct allocations, accuracy, including monthly closing analysis and related reports. Assist and support periodical financial forecasts related to costs and variances. Support the budget and planning processes, including timelines, coordination, and communication with stakeholders. Determine standard cost, estimated cost, replacement cost, imported cost and cost of goods sold for all products. Provide accurate and relevant manufacturing cost information to support business decisions. Identify and propose process improvement and simplification opportunities impacting production and imported costs. Review and validate processes affecting cost accounting (e.g., sales transactions, purchase orders, production reporting, freight, and imports) to ensure data accuracy. Promote continuous improvement and adoption of changes to enhance accounting performance. Identify opportunities to improve the timeliness and quality of financial information provided to users. Support business users in resolving issues related to production and sales costs, ensuring reliability of information. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies. Partner closely with the FP&A team to ensure alignment in financial messaging, reporting, and decision support. Provide financial information and support to external stakeholders, as required. What will you bring: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or cost analysis roles. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Solid experience in forecasting, financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support. Required experience in manufacturing companies. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with SAP, BPC, and Power BI.
