Global company in the nutrition industry is seeking a Managing Director Latam to lead the Andean Region and Central America business with full P&L responsibility across the Premixes & Services, Specialty Nutrition, and Additives businesses. Key Responsibilities Define and execute strategic goals, annual business plans, growth strategies, and profitability targets aligned with regional objectives. Drive market expansion, strengthen brand positioning, and identify new business opportunities. Build, develop, and inspire high-performing multicultural teams. Establish and monitor performance metrics aligned with business strategy. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Marketing, and R&D. Develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and business partners. Identify operational risks and ensure compliance standards across the region. Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields. Strong experience in animal nutrition and commercial leadership with P&L responsibility. Proven track record managing international businesses and leading strategic growth initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
