We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full visibility and control of shipments, maintaining constant communication with carriers and clients, and proactively resolving any issues to guarantee on-time delivery. Responsibilities Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Maintain constant communication with carriers to obtain status updates and provide accurate reporting Identify and resolve delays, issues, or service failures proactively Update TMS and internal systems with accurate and timely shipment information Communicate shipment status and exceptions to clients and internal teams Ensure compliance with operational processes and service standards Coordinate with dispatch and carrier sales teams to optimize load performance Escalate critical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner Requirements Proven experience in logistics, track & trace, or related operational roles Hands‑on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) within a logistics environment Academic background in International Business, Logistics, or a related field Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher), both written and verbal Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Schedule: Sunday 14:00 – 23:00 and Monday to Thursday 15:00 – 23:59 EDT Location: Fully on‑site – Barranquilla #J-18808-Ljbffr
