PEAK & Productivity Sr. Engineer – focused on delivering results on the productivity blocks of the Distribution Centers in Latin America. The role builds skills in people, processes and technology to support the global corporate strategy and reduce adverse financial effects such as inflation, interest rates, and costs. Responsibilities Support regional teams to achieve the LATAM gross productivity objective $6M (1.8M D&T +4.1M MFG). Assist governance of productivity and program management with monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Communicate and train execution of the new global productivity reporting system under the new organizational structure. Support development of productivity budgets for MFG and D&T at site level. Provide commercial analysis and intelligence to support project selection. Create a network with other global and organizational leaders to learn and share best practices. Validate projects/initiatives regularly with operational units. Establish implementation strategies, plans and tactics monthly, quarterly and annually for sites. Track and close strategic projects for Mexico. Develop detailed project plans including objectives, scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Project Management Detail Plan projects: develop comprehensive plans with scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget estimation. Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, technicians and production personnel to meet project goals. Manage budget: monitor expenditures and ensure cost control. Risk assessment: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Quality assurance: ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Schedule management: maintain schedules and adjust as needed. Communication: report progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders. Resource allocation: assign and optimize resources efficiently. Compliance: ensure all regulatory and safety standards are met. Continuous improvement: identify process improvement opportunities. Skills Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Green or Black Belt certification in Six Sigma. Knowledge of Finance, Lean Manufacturing, Probability and Statistics, Project Management. Experience with Power BI, MiniTab, Tableau, SQL. Advanced Excel proficiency. English fluency. 3+ years supply chain experience. Availability to travel 3-5 times per year. Experience and/or certification in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma. Experience Experience with SAP IM/WM, Office Suite, AutoCAD, PW. Lean, Six Sigma, Operations Analysis, DC Design and Slotting, Project Management. Leadership, analytical, multi‑tasking under pressure. Knowledge of all phases of project lifecycle management. Strong communication and presentation skills. Analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Experience leading large projects and schedules. Experience implementing Continuous Improvement methodology (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma).
