We’re Looking for a Software Engineer (Observability & Infrastructure) We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to high-impact projects focused on log optimization, observability platforms, and developer tooling improvements. This is a hands‑on, analytical role ideal for engineers who enjoy working across backend, infrastructure, and SRE domains, transforming ambiguous challenges into simple, scalable, and cost‑efficient solutions. 3+ years of experience in Backend, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Proven ability to independently drive focused technical projects to completion. Observability & Monitoring: Demonstrated expertise in large‑scale observability systems such as: OpenTelemetry Flink Fluent ELK Stack Chronosphere Splunk Strong proficiency with Kubernetes. Hands‑on experience with Terraform. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts Experience with data analysis and processing large datasets. Experience using querying tools to interpret and analyze log data Ways of Working: Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong product mindset — you care about the “what” and the “why,” not just the “how.” Ability to take ambiguous requirements and rapidly iterate toward practical, working solutions. Participate in projects such as: Analyzing log data patterns to identify the largest sources of log volume and associated costs. Reviewing Python and Kotlin code to remove unused log events. Supporting developers (e.g., assisting engineers with configuration tooling issues). Collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, Data, and SRE teams to understand pain points and translate them into simple, powerful solutions. Document the full project lifecycle, including analysis, findings, and recommendations. ⭐ Nice to Have Experience working in large‑scale distributed environments.
