ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM Technical Developer T3. Responsibilities Analyse, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM (Operations) (D365 F&O). Gather and define business requirements, provide user support, and develop Power BI dashboards. Create and maintain D365 F&O environments, batch jobs, security roles, and business process workflows. Manage DevOps pipelines, code migration between environments, and code deployment to QA, UAT, and production. Monitor and optimise performance of D365 F&O instances; ensure compliance with IT policies. Escalate issues, risks, and provide technical sessions for resolution. Transfer knowledge during support transitions and document procedures. Troubleshoot complex integrations, data issues, and device integrations. Develop small enhancements and support project activities. Work collaboratively with geographically distributed teams. Manage security component related to environment setup, Azure/Active Directory, and SharePoint administration. Apply SDLC practices: Agile and waterfall processes, QA, testing, bug identification, and remediation. Maintain system integrations with internal and external systems. Interact with Business Analysts for system design and troubleshooting, and with end‑users as needed. Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes. Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. Programming: X++, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and web services (DMF, OData, REST/JSON, SOAP/EDI). Experience with Azure services: Service Bus, Logic Apps, PowerApps, Event Hub, Power Automate, Azure DevOps (LCS), Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and related tools. Knowledge of Power BI reporting and Azure Data Lake. Understanding of message services (SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, EDI) and API technologies. Experience with cloud‑based solutions (public and private) and system integration. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of support/DevOps experience in D365 F&O. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendor coordination. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications: MB500 (Developer) and/or MB700 (Solution Architect). Skills & Capabilities Consultative client interaction and solution co‑definition. Leadership in digital transformation discussions with executives. Influence and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Innovative and disruptive mindset with continuous learning. Strong executive presence and communication skills. Experience with Power Platform services, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, RESTful APIs, and Azure. JIRA proficiency for project management.
