Job Overview We’re looking for a strategic, sales‑focused Account Executive to lead growth in the Brands & Agencies sector across LATAM, especially Colombia. Based in Colombia, you will drive demand‑side media sales for our flagship product, Toppie , and build long‑lasting relationships with retail media partners. Responsibilities Generate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America Region, specially in Colombia. Drive sales growth for Topsort’s demand‑side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies. Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply‑side. Attend industry events and trade shows, serving as an active voice for Toppie in Latin America. Build product knowledge and become a subject‑matter expert on Topsort’s entire product stack, including retail media platform, ad‑serving APIs, and Toppie. Core Requirements & Experience Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success in media sales, ideally within a digital agency, CPG brand, or retailer with a retail media component. Sales Track Record: Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets with full ownership over deal outcomes and complex cycles. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred in STEM, Economics, Finance); MBA is a plus but a learner’s mindset is more important. Industry Fluency: Familiarity with advertising landscape and auctions and marketplace monetization lingo. Communication: Structured thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations with ease. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, with seamless switching. Agility & Spirit: Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth scale‑ups and ambiguity. Collaboration: Team‑oriented professional who thrives in a remote‑friendly, evolving environment.
