Role Overview The Senior Manager – Legal Entity & Liquidity Planning Management is responsible for leading legal entity–level financial and liquidity planning, ensuring effective cash management, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the regional and global financial strategy. The role includes direct leadership of a team of three professionals and requires close interaction with senior stakeholders, including Finance Directors (FDs) and Global Finance leadership. Key Responsibilities Legal Entity & Liquidity Planning Lead legal entity–level liquidity forecasting and planning, ensuring short-, medium-, and long-term cash visibility. Manage and analyze cash flows, funding requirements, intercompany financing, and dividend planning. Identify liquidity risks and proactively develop mitigation plans. Ensure alignment of liquidity planning with local regulatory requirements and global financial policies. Regional Legal Entity Governance Lead the regional operating rhythm for Legal Entity Reviews, ensuring consistent execution, governance, and timely escalation of key issues. Act as the regional expert on Legal Entity performance, risks, and compliance. Develop clear materials and insights for senior management discussions and decision‑making. Recharge & Cost Governance Understand and oversee the regional recharge governance framework, ensuring recharges are properly structured, controlled, and aligned with policy. Partner with Tax, Controlling, and Global teams to ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance in recharge mechanisms. Support reviews, audits, and stakeholder inquiries related to regional recharges. Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of three professionals, fostering accountability, ownership, and high performance. Set clear priorities, objectives, and performance expectations. Act as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point for complex issues within the team. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance Directors (FDs) and Global stakeholders on legal entity and liquidity topics. Communicate complex financial analysis clearly and effectively to senior audiences. Coordinate across Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Controlling, and Global Finance to ensure strong alignment. Reporting & Analytics Prepare and deliver executive‑level reporting on liquidity, legal entity performance, and scenario analysis. Drive continuous improvements in reporting quality, automation, and data accuracy. Support strategic initiatives such as scenario planning, stress testing, and ad‑hoc senior management requests. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Experience 8–10 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Treasury, or related roles. Strong experience in legal entity management and liquidity planning. Proven people management experience. Regular exposure to senior stakeholders (Finance Directors, CFOs, Global leadership). Technical Skills Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, intercompany funding, and legal entity governance. Experience working in complex, multinational, matrix organizations. Advanced skills in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI). Languages Fluent in English (mandatory).
