I’m looking for a senior integration operations professional who enjoys owning and optimizing enterprise integration platforms that support mission‑critical business operations. This is a platform ownership role focused on reliability, scalability, governance, and operational excellence across modern integration ecosystems—not a traditional development position. What You’ll Own Ensure the stability, performance, security, and availability of enterprise integration platforms including SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP PI/PO, Solace Advanced Event Mesh, WSO2 API Manager, and Azure API Management. Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, troubleshooting, and platform reliability initiatives for business‑critical integrations and APIs. Monitor platform health, API traffic, messaging systems, performance metrics, and SLA compliance using modern observability and monitoring tools. Drive platform lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, capacity planning, performance optimization, governance, and operational automation. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain highly resilient integration environments. What Makes You a Strong Fit 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years supporting enterprise integration or middleware platforms. Strong hands‑on expertise with SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, API Management platforms (WSO2, Azure APIM, SAP APIM), and event‑driven architectures. Experience supporting production environments, managing incidents, platform operations, monitoring, and service reliability. Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, IDOC, RFC, OData, messaging platforms, API security, and hybrid cloud environments. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
