In this role, you'll be key to ensuring software projects are delivered successfully, aligning execution with business objectives and driving both technical and commercial excellence. You'll bring structure to complexity, proactively manage risks, and make sure delivery outcomes stay on track – on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate communication, documentation, and task management across teams. Ensure backlog, tickets, and release plans remain current and actionable. Risk & Dependency Management Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers. Develop contingency plans and elevate critical issues early. Provide risk assessments and trade‑off scenarios to guide leadership decisions. Stakeholder Communication Maintain clear and consistent communication with product, engineering, QA, and external stakeholders. Deliver reports, dashboards, and updates tailored to technical and business audiences. Financial Management Track and report project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins. Support invoicing accuracy and ensure alignment with delivery milestones. Monitor project financial health and recommend corrective actions where needed. Change & Resource Management Manage scope changes while protecting core project goals. Balance competing priorities and allocate resources effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience managing cross‑functional technical projects from initiation to delivery. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban lifecycles. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet). Strong financial acumen with ability to track margins, revenue, and project costs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt across technical and business stakeholders. English level: B2+ minimum.
