About the Role Mission Optimize and scale Addi’s capital structure by executing sophisticated debt financing strategies that ensure long‑term liquidity and lower the cost of funds to fuel rapid regional expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end due diligence and coordinate cross‑functional responses to achieve on‑time closing for new warehouse or securitization facilities. Improve data accuracy and reporting speed for lenders through automated SQL‑based monitoring tools. Execute the “Bank Migration” financial workstream, aligning reporting and covenants with regulatory changes. Develop investment‑committee memos and pitch decks to secure C‑level buy‑in and external term sheets. Maintain compliance on all financial covenants by managing a centralized reporting calendar and conducting monthly stress tests. Requirements Proven expertise in Structured Credit & Capital Markets 2‑3 years in investment banking, boutique advisory, financial institutions, or fintech/startups. Deep technical knowledge of warehouse facilities, ABS, and revolving credit lines. Ability to parse complex credit agreements to identify key operational and financial constraints. Advanced Analytical Rigor & Financial Modeling Experience building robust, error‑free Excel models to project cash flows, advance rates, and concentration limits. Strategic Communication & Influence Track record of “pitching” a company’s credit story to institutional lenders and credit committees. Skill translating complex financial structures into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders. Exceptional Project Management & “Finisher” Mentality Proven ability to manage high‑stakes, multi‑month due diligence processes involving Legal, Tax, and Credit teams.
