Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and website traffic. Perform keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis, and backlink evaluations. Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure). Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz. Track and analyze SEO metrics, providing actionable insights. Identify growth opportunities through content optimization, technical improvements, and link-building. Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively. Manage technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site speed). Support paid media and broader digital campaigns with SEO insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog). Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Familiarity with local SEO and schema markup. Experience in content marketing and link-building campaigns.
