The Regional Communications Strategy Manager LATAM is responsible for leading the development, alignment, and optimization of communication and media strategies across the region, ensuring consistency with business objectives while adapting to local market needs and opportunities. This role acts as a strategic partner to regional and local teams, driving media excellence, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and ensuring the successful execution of integrated communication initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of regional communication and media strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local market priorities Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and media investments, measuring impact on brand performance, business growth, and market competitiveness Oversee communication and media plans across LATAM markets, leveraging data, reporting tools, and performance dashboards to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations Drive the integration of content development and communication initiatives within the broader media strategy to ensure a consistent and unified consumer experience across all channels Partner closely with local market teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and effective execution of communication plans Foster strong collaboration across strategy, media, analytics, content, and activation teams to maximize campaign performance and business outcomes Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance media effectiveness, and implement best practices across the region Ensure communication and media activities are executed according to established timelines, quality standards, budgets, and strategic objectives Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations based on business results, consumer insights, and market trends Support regional leadership by providing strategic recommendations, performance analysis, and market intelligence to drive informed decision-making Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 6+ years of experience in communications strategy, media planning, integrated marketing, or related discipline Experience managing regional or multi‑market projects across LATAM Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media ecosystem Proven experience working with data, analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement framework Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills Advanced English proficiency Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
