Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Follow company guidelines and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience. Qualifications Minimum 8 months of experience in a customer service role. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Willingness to take calls. Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
