Billing Analyst, Billing Services Global Business Services (GBS) team – Bogota, Colombia. Responsible for leading electronic billing solutions for customers via third‑party online Accounts Payable portals such as Ariba and Coupa, and serving as a critical bridge between commercial teams and international customers in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities Lead and serve as the subject matter expert for electronic billing initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of invoice data through third‑party portals to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with Customer Care, Commercial, and Information Technology teams to implement end‑to‑end billing processes and maintain positive customer experiences. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) controls, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase billing efficiency and quality. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in billing, specifically involving electronic billing presentment and vendor relationship management. Strong knowledge and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Proven ability in problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and diplomatic communication with fluency to interact daily with English‑speaking customers and senior management.
