The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining exceptional customer relationships and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Research, track, maintain, and updating leads Contacting prospects to qualify leads Directing email marketing to key clients and prospects Researching and maintain lead generation database Conducting customer research Conducting client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads Participating in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations Providing accurate and timely information to management Developing a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process Qualifications: Must Live in Colombia Must have At least 3 or 4 years of experience in Sales, Logistics is a plus Highly proactive individual, with ability to do Cold Calling. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools.
