We’re expanding our team at Reyal Design, and we’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who knows how to mix creativity, strategy, and data to drive real results. This role is for someone who goes beyond posting and scheduling. We want a thinker, a planner, and a doer. What we’re looking for: ✅ Strong experience managing and growing social media platforms ✅ Comfortable building and executing social media strategies ✅ Solid understanding of KPIs and performance tracking ✅ Social media reporting & analytics experience is a must ✅ Experience using AI tools to work smarter, faster, and better ✅ Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) ✅ Confident communicating with clients in English (written & spoken) ✅ Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required) ✅ Strong copywriting and content planning skills ✅ Experience with tools like Metricool is a big plus ➕ Have worked with an international agency or global brands ➕ Have experience working with podcasts ➕ Have experience with YouTube and Google Ads ➕ Are proactive, organized, and always bringing fresh ideas to the table
