Senior Project Manager Role Deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead and drive the development of the project intake process, including scope, schedule and cost Define goals and objectives of specific projects and set individual team member roles and responsibilities for the project duration Manage multiple mid to large‑scale projects to ensure completion on time, within budget and meeting business objectives Manage daily/weekly project team assignments and monitor progress against the work plan to assure objectives are met within prescribed time, cost, and quality measures Identify and impact analyse potential project changes and facilitate change control board approvals or rejections Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing a project budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions Continuously identify, qualify and track risks, define mitigation and contingency plans, assign appropriate resources, and constantly communicate status Identify resource requirements and communicate them in a timely manner to ensure proper staffing with skilled resources Identify internal and external stakeholders, understand their communication requirements and fulfil those requirements Ensure smooth transition through each phase of the project and proper communication between responsible groups, setting clear expectations and holding individuals accountable within the program and projects Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders and the project sponsor to define and align customer‑focused requirements with company direction Educate team members in project management principles, methods, processes and tools Keep up‑to‑date and educated in skills related to all project management and disseminate this information throughout the process Ensure the project team utilises IT‑defined tools, standards, processes and procedures Required Experience 5+ years’ experience in project or program management 5+ years’ experience leading technical and non‑technical resources Experience assisting project management teams with identification of action items, tasks and activities and tracking progress Experience defining, implementing and continually improving standards, processes and procedures using industry best practice (PMI, CMMI, etc.) Experience developing project budgets based on the development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Diverse Minds, Shared Ambition At Teciem, we believe that our strength comes from the diversity of our people.
