This role focuses on supporting B2B consultative sales, customer engagement, and technical solution alignment, particularly related to Software/Cloud Solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, bridging technical knowledge with business needs to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Language Requirements English: Advanced B2+ / C1 (verbal and written) Required Qualifications 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing 1+ year of account management experience is desirable 2+ years of experience within the IT, Software, Networking, Cybersecurity or Cloud industry Familiarity with modern selling techniques and consultative sales methodologies Ability to engage decision-makers and establish clear, actionable next steps Strong documentation skills for tracking call outcomes and CRM notes Basic understanding of the technology industry and solution-based selling Proficiency with productivity tools such as Outlook, Microsoft O365, and web conferencing platforms Experience using CRM systems Baseline understanding of and strong interest in cloud technologies and innovation Key Responsibilities Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to showcase products and services Provide technical expertise to support aggressive sales goals and customer inquiries Prepare and deliver moderately complex technical proposals and presentations for sales support Identify and analyze customer needs to develop strategies that competitively address demands Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products while aligning with their goals Provide internall training sessions utilizing technical expertise to enhance customer understanding and product use Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction Build relationships with decision-makers at various levels to strengthen stakeholder engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
