OP Latam is looking for a Creative Studio Director to lead our creative team in Bogotá. This full-time role is ideal for a visionary leader with deep expertise in branding, design, and campaign development. You’ll guide the studio’s creative output, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of visual excellence and brand consistency. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire the creative team across marketing, campaign, and multimedia projects Define creative direction in line with studio and client goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified brand message Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency Mentor designers, artists, and production talent to foster growth and creativity Stay ahead of industry trends and tech to keep ideas fresh Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and creative excellence 7+ years of experience in creative leadership roles Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools Strong leadership and communication skills Strategic thinker with a creative mindset Deep understanding of branding, campaign development, and production workflows Experience managing teams including designers, retouchers, proofreaders, and production artists #J-18808-Ljbffr
