We're looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our Support Operations team in Bogotá. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming tickets—reviewing requests, diagnosing what's needed, and routing each one to the right department.This is a key role that keeps our support engine running smoothly and ensures every client request reaches the team best equipped to resolve it. What You'll Do Review and respond to incoming support tickets in a timely manner. Diagnose the nature of each request and route it to the appropriate department. Maintain clear, organized records of ticket status and resolution. Follow up on routed tickets to ensure they reach resolution. Identify recurring issues and escalate patterns to the relevant teams. Help refine triage and routing processes over time. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in technical support, ticket triage, or a related role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to quickly understand requests and determine the right department. Comfortable working with ticketing and support tools. Reliable, responsive, and able to manage a high volume of requests. Nice to Have English proficiency (not required, but preferred). Experience with help desk or ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.). Background supporting marketing or web services teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
