Key Responsibilities Design and develop advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Implement data quality checks to ensure reliable and accurate reporting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications. Maintain documentation such as data dictionaries and technical specs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing reports and data pipelines. Enhance BI systems to improve performance and usability. Stay current with BI and data visualization trends and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of experience in BI, report development, or database programming. Bilingual English level (B2+, C1, or C2) — must be able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders. Expert‑level SQL skills (complex queries, stored procedures). Proficiency with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, SSRS. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data modeling concepts. Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing. Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift). Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience with healthcare or insurance data is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
