The role is responsible for creating and distributing content across various platforms while ensuring brand consistency and client alignment. Responsibilities Strategic advisor for latest trends and tools to satisfy the clients need. Encourage innovation amongst team members to share creative ideas. Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve future content. Present new ideas to the team and support their knowledge development. Content & Design Development Ensure all content and design elements align with the brand's voice, style, and guidelines. Enhance provided decks, visuals or newsletter with compelling and simplified storytelling or designs. Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other design elements to complement written content. Support editorial calendars and content creation, editing and publishing of content on external or internal platforms. Partner with the client to understand how to bring their idea to life through written or visual communications. Build templates for the specific audience, platform and content. Community impact and Engagement Manage all phases of an event from discovery, execution and follow up. Update and inform specific audiences with compelling and impactful content. Drive community engagement by responding to community messaging, comments, and feedback. Analyze surveys results to identify gaps or common themes to advise the client.
