We’re seeking aSales & Reservations Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the commercial success of our upcoming boutique hotels inColombia and theDominican Republic . This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strongsales expertise, a strategic mindset, and a love for creating meaningful guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Sales & Commercial Strategy Design and implement the commercial strategy for both boutique properties, aligned with their premium positioning. Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients including travel agencies, OTAs, corporate accounts, and key partners. Develop pre-openingsales plans with clear revenue targets for June–July 2026. Establish and manage partnerships for group bookings, events, and long-stay guests. Oversee pricing strategy and ensure market competitiveness across both hotels. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Reservations Management Set up and supervise the reservations systems and procedures for both hotels. Manage direct bookings, OTA channels, and group reservations with high accuracy and service quality. Implement standards for reservation handling, guest communication, and follow-up. Coordinate with front office and operations to guarantee seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out. Provide regular reporting on booking trends, occupancy forecasts, and revenue performance. Pre-Opening & Operational Support Represent ARIA Hotels at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events. Contribute to pre-opening strategy meetings and reporting on KPIs, salespipelines, and revenue forecasts. Attend meetings and contribute to the overall opening strategy of the properties. Travel as needed between Santo Domingo, Bogotá, and other markets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration. 4–5+ years of proven experience in hospitalitysales, preferably in the luxury or boutique hotel segment. Proven track record in revenue generation, account management, and market development. Experience with exhibitions, roadshows, and direct client engagement. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Knowledge of regional and international luxury travel trends. Experience with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, WebHotelier, SynXis, Cloudbeds) and online booking platforms (OTA extranets, GDS). Soft Skills Exceptionalsales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Deep understanding of luxury travel markets across leisure, corporate, and group segments. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that achieve measurable results.
