Job Description Training Administrator – In the fast-paced world of pharmaceuticals, you will manage and maintain training data within the Learning Management System, create and distribute learning materials, and ensure documentation accuracy. You’ll play a key role in supporting training initiatives across departments and helping teams meet compliance and development standards. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite Term Contract Work setup: Work From Home 5 days work week 20 vacation days in total Fully customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to our clients Diverse and supportive work environment Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Learn more at ) The Qualifications We Seek At least 2 years of relevant experience Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the pharmaceutical OTC industry Ability to proofread both English and Spanish documents for spelling or grammatical errors Oracle and Agile experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects and tasks Your Daily Tasks Enter data into the Learning Management System (LMS) Create attendance sheets for training and distribute via email to all sites upon request Upload completed training documents to LMS to complete training documentation Run regular reports on training status and distribute to site and quality management Review and update job competencies based on discussions with Quality Management and department managers Create new hire training documents upon request Support Corporate Quality Systems Manager with other training requests About the Client Building Trust Through Knowledge and Quality.
