Key Responsibilities Strategic sourcing techniques and employer branding. Lead kick‑off meetings with hiring managers to create or align job descriptions. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new hires in LATAM and Europe. Build or improve assessments for any required roles and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit with company culture and values. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool. Mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team. Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates. Coordinate recruitment events such as career fairs and virtual events. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the ATS. Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders. Perform special projects and other HR duties as assigned. Run the onboarding and off‑boarding process to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end experience. Qualifications Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (IT industry experience desired). Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS. Proficiency with tools such as Slack, G‑Suite, Jira, and similar platforms. Experience working in a hybrid environment. Advanced English language proficiency. Strong planning skills: time management, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with low supervision. Positive and open‑minded communication style. Experience thriving in a fast‑paced start‑up/tech environment: proactive, resourceful, able to manage uncertainty, and autonomous in a dynamic setting.
