US & Canada Transformation Office – Bogota Team Leader This is an exciting opportunity for a player coach role managing a group of project managers, change managers and business analysts while serving as a program manager. This person will oversee the team’s portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality – all while managing a complex stakeholder group. This person will set the tone for the team, ensure a high level of quality in the team’s work, maintain connectivity to the US & C onshore team, and manage relationships with our business counterparts. This person will report directly to the US & Canada Transformation Leader. Job Profile Description Description We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our organization. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing large‑scale programs, organizational change management, and business analysis work. This person will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end projects for our change and transformation initiatives and will work closely with the Operational Leadership team to deliver change and achieve project outcomes. What can you expect? Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals. Provide guidance and support to team members. Manage end‑to‑end projects to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction. Create and manage project plans and establish governance required for project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. Support organizational transformation initiatives by working closely with senior stakeholders across the globe. Understand and manage project financials to deliver the benefits and manage costs working closely with leadership. We will count on you to: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project is delivered within financial constraints. Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure that all project phases are well‑defined and scheduled. Identify and recommend resources to complete the project. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary. Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders. Develop project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. Review project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement lessons learned in future projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate understanding between cross‑functional teams through collaboration, developing road‑maps, visual aids, establishing a common language, and other project artifacts. What you need to have: 7‑12 years of experience in leading end‑to‑end process migrations, other transitions, program management, and change management. 4+ years of experience leading project teams. Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures. Proven track record in managing and delivering projects within organizational constraints. Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal). Attention to detail and ability to effectuate change. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders. Work independently as well as within a team with minimal supervision and the ability to handle tight deadlines to deliver projects within scope. Advanced fluent English proficiency; only CVs in English will be considered. What makes you stand out? MBA or professional certifications. Education at an English‑speaking university. Experience working in an English‑speaking country. Experience working in large and complex organizations with diverse stakeholders.
