With 7+ years of experience in advertising agencies, design studios, or production environments, this role’s mission is to lead the creative execution of motion design for advertising and branded content, ensuring high‑level craft, strong visual storytelling, and consistent quality across platforms, while acting as a creative reference for teams and a trusted partner for clients. Responsabilidades Apoyar en la creación de diseños visuales atractivos e innovadores, trabajando en colaboración con el equipo de diseño y aprendiendo de diseñadores más experimentados. Contribuir con ideas creativas, mantener la integridad de la identidad visual de la marca y aplicar habilidades técnicas en software como Adobe Creative Suite. Recepción de Briefs para el seguimiento y gestión de su ejecución. Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de los proyectos creativos, asegurando su cumplimiento acorde con los requerimientos de las cuentas asignadas. Entregar dentro de los tiempos establecidos los proyectos asignados acordes con los requerimientos gráficos. Mantenerse actualizado(a) con las últimas tendencias de la industria, así como con las nuevas tecnologías y plataformas, para integrar enfoques frescos e innovadores en el trabajo creativo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional. Cualificaciones Lead the creative execution of 2D and 3D motion design and animation across multiple formats and channels, including social, digital, CTV, DOOH/OOH, web, and experiential. Act as the creative lead for motion design within campaigns, ensuring alignment with creative vision, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives. Execute high‑quality motion graphics and animations, including title treatments, transitions, end‑cards, and branded motion systems. Develop motion design concepts, visual references, and styleframes to secure creative alignment and approval before animation. Run motion design projects independently, managing creative execution, timelines, and day‑to‑day collaboration with producers and cross‑functional teams. Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Editors, Producers, and Post‑Production teams to ensure cohesive and high‑quality outputs. Lead creative reviews and brainstorms, promoting strong craft, innovation, and consistent visual standards. Mentor and support junior and mid‑level motion designers, fostering skill development and maintaining quality benchmarks. Act as a client‑facing creative partner, confidently guiding clients through the motion design process and presenting creative solutions. Integrate AI‑assisted tools and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve efficiency, elevate creative output, and explore new motion design techniques. Contribute to the continuous improvement of motion design workflows, templates, and best practices.
