Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide, coach, and support agile teams in delivering high-quality products. As a mid-level Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement across one or more scrum teams. You'll work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of key initiatives. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog Remove team impediments and foster a productive and collaborative team environment Promote Agile best practices and help teams adhere to Scrum theory, practices, and rules Support teams in achieving high performance by identifying and addressing team dynamics and conflicts Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts) to stakeholders Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching team members and leading retrospectives Identify and address areas for process improvement and team efficiency Assist in Agile adoption across the organization and contribute to the Scrum Master community of practice Must-Have Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile/Scrum teams Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts Preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar certification Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools Exposure to scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
