About the Role We’re looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing secure CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure with Terraform, and embedding security into every stage of our development lifecycle—especially within Azure DevOps . What You’ll Do Build and maintain YAML-based Azure DevOps pipelines for secure, automated deployments. Define and document pipeline-as-code standards and best practices. Create and manage Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and updates. Write PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate Azure DevOps tasks. Integrate unit testing , code coverage (Coverlet), and static analysis tools (SonarQube) into the CI/CD lifecycle. Automate and enforce system configurations across environments . Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 . What You Bring 3+ years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps roles. Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines . Proficiency in Terraform , PowerShell , and Bash scripting . Experience with unit testing , code coverage , and static analysis tools. Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices and cloud-native security . Familiarity with financial compliance standards and secure SDLC. Bonus Points Experience in a regulated fintech environment. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert , Terraform Associate , or Certified DevSecOps Professional . Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture , secure API development , and secrets management .
