We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with our founders and development team to expand our AI-powered interviewing platform and future developments. Key Responsibilities Develop, scale, and maintain full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI) and React (Vite, TailwindCSS) . Optimize and develop APIs for integrating AI services, third-party applications, and internal micro-services. Integrate with platforms such as Salesforce , Google Cloud , Firebase , and Render . Work with design and AI teams to deliver intuitive and high-performing user experiences. Implement new product features, including multimodal interviews (text, voice, and video). Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the entire stack. Actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product roadmap discussions. Requirements Professional experience in full-stack development. Experience with IDEs and AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Codex. Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI & Gemini) . Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI (or Flask/Django) . Extensive experience with React , Next.js , Vite , or similar frameworks. Knowledge of PostgreSQL , Firebase Firestore , or MongoDB . Familiarity with RESTful APIs , OAuth , and webhook integrations. Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud and/or Render . Intermediate to advanced English (written & spoken). Nice-to-Have Experience integrating with Salesforce , Greenhouse , or other ATS/CRM systems. Prior experience in a startup or SaaS environment.
